Your card and wallet details never reach us

When you pay, you leave aiwizardry.app and complete the payment on SSLCommerz, Bangladesh's largest payment gateway, licensed by Bangladesh Bank. Your bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card details are entered there, on their secure page, not ours.

We never see, store, or have the ability to charge your card or wallet. That is also why nothing renews automatically: we could not charge you again even if we wanted to. Every payment is one you start yourself.

How we confirm a payment

After you pay, SSLCommerz notifies our server. We do not trust that notification on its own. Anyone can send a message to a web address. Our server independently asks SSLCommerz, over its authenticated API, whether that exact transaction is genuine, for the exact amount, in the exact currency, for your account. Only then is premium switched on.

You get a receipt by email with the transaction ID, the plan, the amount, and the date your premium ends. Keep it. It is what you would send us, or your bank, if anything ever needs looking into.

What we store about you

• Your email address and the name you gave us.
• Your learning progress: lessons completed, level scores, quiz results, certificates earned.
• The prompts you write in lessons and practice, and how they were scored.
• For paying customers: which plan you bought, when, the amount, the SSLCommerz transaction ID, and when premium ends.

We do not store card numbers, wallet PINs, your national ID, or your address. We do not sell or rent any of this to anyone.

Who can see it

Only you can read your own account data. That rule is enforced by the database itself, not just by our good intentions. Support staff can look up an account to help you when you ask.

Two things are public by design, because you may want to share them: a certificate's verification page (name, course, date, certificate number, never your email), and, if you choose to publish one, your portfolio page.

Your prompts are sent to Google's Gemini model to be scored. Google processes them under its API terms and does not use them to train its models. Our Privacy Policy has the full detail.

Deleting everything

Profile → Delete account removes your login, every piece of progress, your certificates (including the public verification pages), your portfolio, and your username. Permanently, in one step. We ask you to sign in again immediately before, so a stolen session can't do it for you.

If something goes wrong

Paid but premium hasn't appeared within 24 hours? Email support@aiwizardry.app with your transaction ID. We either switch it on or refund you in full. Refund timelines and eligibility are in the Return & Refund Policy.
