1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Wizardry ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Wizardry is an educational platform that teaches users how to write effective AI prompts through interactive lessons, practice challenges, and real-time evaluation.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

AI Wizardry is in free public beta during the initial launch period. All learning content (50 levels, all courses, all practice prompts) is fully available without payment. Paid plans, refund terms, and subscription management will be published in a Terms update before paid plans go live. Continued use of the Service after that update constitutes acceptance of the published payment terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, circumventing access controls, or using the Service for any illegal purpose.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
